Since 1995, Jeremy and his colleagues have provided leadership consulting, strategy and execution, organizational change, development and business improvement solutions to clients in the private, public and third sectors across the UK and the EU, Asia, Australasia and the USA.

Jeremy is a Visiting Fellow and Programme Director at Henley Business School, and was a Programme Director at London Business School, where he recently redesigned the four week learning journey of the flagship 'Senior Executive Programme'.  His proposals to the Army were recognised as the catalyst for the Army Higher Education Pathway contract which Jeremy played a key role in winning for Henley.

Jeremy has personally designed and delivered large scale and C Suite leadership development, executive coaching and business improvement consultancy projects in the UK/EU, USA, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and Tanzania to clients such as Cisco Systems, the NHS, VMWare, MCI, Pfizer, Philips, ABN AMRO, Capital Finance/HBOS, Societé Generale, The Tanzanian Civil Service, Oxfam, BZW, St George Bank, Plymouth 2020 Local Strategic Partnership, University of Plymouth, Roche, Colgate Palmolive, Tyndall Insurance and United Distillers. He has provided leadership advice to the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and to The Joint Services Command and Staff College.

Prior to 1995, Jeremy worked as an executive search consultant and as a sales executive with Procter and Gamble in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. His formative years were spent as an Officer in the British Army. During his ten year military career, Jeremy served in Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, Brunei, Berlin, Cyprus, Norway, Turkey, Denmark and Italy. His military career was split between leadership of 180 soldiers in an infantry company group, and the leadership of small but strategically influential teams of specialists. During this time Jeremy was responsible for briefing Cabinet Ministers and 4 star Officers.

Jeremy’s best selling book, ‘Leading Initiatives: Leadership, Teamwork & The Bottom Line’ was the precursor to his leadership consulting career. Jeremy regularly contributes to journals and he has had two papers published by Monash University.  His most recent book ‘Leading Through Leaders: Driving Strategy, Execution and Change’ (2012) contains the ‘core content’ which is now the foundation of an MSc in Leadership and Organization that he designed for the University of Plymouth.  The book is informed by 18 years real-world leadership and consulting experience in building scalable and sustainable leadership and strategy execution capability.

Jeremy was educated in the UK at Welbeck College, the University of Warwick (BSc (Hons) in Engineering Electronics), The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, and Junior Division, The Staff College. His personal interests include off-shore racing (he completed the 1995, 1996, & 1998 Sydney-Hobart races), classic wooden boats, playing English melodeon (he has an English ceilidh band you can book called Monty’s Maggot!), target rifle shooting, fencing, mountain walking and climbing, real ale, cider and perry, sea shanties (he founded a group in Sydney that has performed at several classic boat festivals), and traditional New Orleans Jazz (he has produced one CD).
